Paradise Ranch operates with the help of many volunteers ranging form ages 9 and up. Previous experience working with horses or individuals with disabilities is not necessary. Each volunteer is trained for their specific job. Volunteers include mount leaders that lead the horses as directed by the instructor or side walkers walking beside the rider. Volunteers also provide valuable assistance with special events which include horse shows and fundraisers.
